Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pass is a one-time payment for a fixed window — three months for a single city, six for a bundle, twelve for the annual pass. Nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
What's free, and what needs a pass?
Quick Start — building a full day, seeing the route and the result — is free for every one of our ten cities, no account and no pass required. A pass is only needed to save a plan to your account or export it as a PDF. Berlin currently has all of that, including saving and export, at a limited-time launch price.
Why does Berlin have a launch price?
Berlin is our launch city and the one we know best, so it carries an introductory price for a limited time while we grow. That is on top of Quick Start already being free for every city — Berlin's launch price is specifically for saving and exporting.
What happens when a pass expires?
You stop being able to save new plans or export a PDF for that city. Building and viewing a plan stays free regardless. Plans you already saved stay in your account and stay readable — an expired pass never takes away something you already made. You can buy another pass whenever you next travel.
Can I upgrade from one city to a bundle or the annual pass?
You can buy a bundle or the annual pass at any time and it starts immediately alongside what you already have. We do not currently deduct what you paid for a single city from the price — if that matters to you before you buy, write to us first.
Will new cities be added to the annual pass?
Cities we add while your annual pass is valid are included at no extra cost. We are not going to promise which ones or when — Madrid, Florence, Porto, Lisbon, Warsaw and Milan are the kind of cities we are looking at, and that is an illustration of direction, not a commitment.
What do you store about me?
A name, an email address and a password. That is all we ask for and all we keep. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
