Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement — an email is sufficient — of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to. Sending your notice before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

In practice, this right does not give you a usable 14-day window on a City Pass. A pass activates the instant your payment succeeds, and at checkout you expressly agreed to that immediate start and acknowledged that doing so ends your right of withdrawal. We ask for exactly that with a checkbox at checkout, and confirm the expiry to you by email afterwards, as the law requires.
If you do not tick that box, the purchase does not proceed and nothing is charged. If you do, the two events — activation and the expiry of your withdrawal right — happen at the same moment.
The rare exception: if activation is delayed
If a payment ever goes through but activation is delayed for a technical reason — so your pass has not actually started yet — the general rule above still applies for that window: you can withdraw, and we refund you in full, no questions asked. This is the standard consumer-protection wording every merchant is required to include; for a pass that has already activated normally, it simply does not come into play.
Effects of withdrawal, if it applies to you
If you withdraw before we have begun performance, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fee for the refund.

Withdrawal is a formal legal right, and it is not the only option. If a pass is not what you expected or something is not working, write to us at hello@mevaya.eu — we would rather fix it or refund you directly than have you navigate a form.
